PSJ shapes up for growth
PSJ Fabrications is implementing a number of management changes – including the establishment of a Business Development team – to help provide a firm platform for efficiency and growth over the next few years.
The changes see Gareth Bull promoted to Technical Sales Director, a new role designed to enable enhanced support for customers through undertaking key design activities earlier in the sales estimation process. Additional staff are also being recruited into the sales team to develop more sales opportunities.
Bill White steps into the role of Technical Manager, working with Gareth Bull to develop the design team by adopting new technologies and processes and recruiting new personnel. Meanwhile, Jim Clark is taking on the role of Assistant Works Manager, work closely with Andy Wright, Works Manager, to help streamline the company’s production processes. Johnny Bangs also takes on a new role – Junior Planning Engineer – supporting Andy and Jim in the planning and visualization of PSJ’s workload and performance.
The brand-new Business Development team will comprise Andy Wright, Jim Clark and Gareth Bull, supported by key staff from parent firm, The Automated Technology Group – Andy Robinson (CEO), Andy Seabrook (Group Accountant) and Gavin Lodge (Group Production Manager). The task of the new team is to develop a strategy for strong business growth over the coming years.
